Price Guarantee - Hafjell
We ensure our guests a price gurarantee on our own rental cabins. This means, that our guests will not be able to find cheaper prices on cabins of the same standard at Hafjell. Our prices include electricity and usage. In those cabins, where cots and high chairs are standard, this is included in the price. Our guests are to clean the cabin before departure. However, it is also possible to order exit clean-up, when booking a cabin/apartment. The price varies from cabin to cabin.

Number of beds guarantee - Hafjell
The number of beds listed in Norsk Hytte Udlejning's cabin prospectus does not include sofa beds and smaller bed-lofts. This applies for Hafjell. 

Smoke detectors - Hafjell
Every year, Norsk Hytte Udlejning replaces the batteries in the smoke detectors in our own cabins and apartments at Hafjell. In cabins and apartments with 8 beds, there are at least 2 detectors, and in our 14-18 bed cabins and apartments, there are at least 3-5 detectors.

Travel insurance
We recommend our guests to have their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the guest to have a valid travel insurance in case of illness or the like. A travel insurance can be taken out here

Rejsegaranti fonden - The Danish Travel guarantee fund
Norsk Hytte Udlejning is a member of the Danish Travel guarantee fund, "Rejsegarantifonden". Number 2437.

Pricing
Norsk Hytte Udlejning automatically sends an invoice by e-mail at the time of booking and makes certain reservations for price errors, and we consider whether the parties act in good or bad faith. (according to the Danish Marketing Practices Act).

Guaranteed snow
All our destinations are snow sure. You can read about this on each destination in the ski lift pass paragraph, or on each of the destinations' websites.

Ski-in & ski-out guarantee - Hafjell
Ski-in & ski-out means that you can go on your skis from the cabin to the alpine slope without having to walk a long distance before getting there. There are different perceptions of the terms ski-in & ski-out, which is why Norsk Hytte Udlejning has made the below star range list for each cabin, which can be found on eacth cabin prospectus.

****   = max 100 metres to a slope 

***     = ski-in, but not ski-out

**       = ski-out, but not ski-in

*         = max 200 metres to a slope
