Skarsnuten Hotel is perfectly located on a mountain ledge with a view of Hemsedal and the mountains from the restaurant, and not least with easy access to activities!
We can offer four room types; Single, Double, Suite and De Luxe rooms. If you need more space we can also offer apartments.
Hemsedal Ski Center is our closest neighbor, where you can enjoy the resort’s 48 trails, 20 lifts and several terrain parks. Skarsnuten Hotel has both ski hire and ski pass sales in cooperation with SkiStar Hemsedal. The hotel has a ski-in-ski-out, a private ski run and a ski lift to the ski center. If you wish you can also use the free ski bus.

You can find our way to us by entering our GPS coordinates (60.862304, 8.490758).
It's easy to find us. Follow signs to Hemsedal. When you reach the exit to the ski resort, take the exit and then turn right at the junction for the bridge. From here you will find signs the rest of the way to the hotel.

extra quality in materials, furnishings and finishing. Panoramic windows with views beyond both Hemsedal and the ski resort, the mountain magic picks up and makes the energy tingling. With the possibility of connecting to the deluxe room superior, the experience can be shared and amplified.
Suite Superior can be found on the first and second floor, at the very end and at the far edge.
In one of our suites you will find an excellent "sleep on nature" experience in a handmade COCO-MAT bed from natural materials. The bed is free of metal springs, where supportive layers interact with elastic layers to adapt perfectly to your unique shape.
